1. Sign in to your organization's account and click on Categories in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. On the Categories page, find the category you wish to duplicate and click the Duplicate button to the right of the category's name.
3. Enter the name of the new category. Then, click Duplicate Category.
4. All settings and form fields from the original category will be copied over to the new category. Click on the new category to make edits to it as needed.
