If so, here are a few things that can cause problems:
1. Make sure the file type is accepted for the category you are submitting to. The form will display the acceptable file types to the right of the button for attaching files.
2. Make sure the file is named with the correct file extension. For example, if you are attempting to submit a "doc" file, the file name should end with ".doc" (ie: myfile.doc).
